Returning travellers

Stay indoors and avoid contact with other people immediately if you’ve travelled to the UK from:

  • Hubei province in China in the last 14 days, even if you do not have symptoms
  • Iran, lockdown areas in northern Italy or special care zones in South Korea since 19 February, even if you do not have symptoms
  • other parts of mainland China or South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if your symptoms are mild)
  • other parts of northern Italy (anywhere north of Pisa, Florence and Rimini), Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar or Vietnam since 19 February and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if your symptoms are mild)

Do not go to a GP surgery, community pharmacy or hospital. Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do next.

Following current COVID-19 guidelines, Collingham Medical Centre and Collingham Pharmacy will be closing our doors at 4.00 pm every day until further notice, but will still be available by telephone.

 

If you require advice from a doctor between 4.00 pm and 6.15 pm, or a pharmacist between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm, please call the appropriate number:

Did you know you can book an extended access GP appointment?

Lombard Medical Centre and Collingham Medical Centre are working in partnership to offer additional evening GP appointments as well as Saturday morning appointments. These appointments are available to Newark residents who are registered with a GP Practice in Newark. 

Evening appointments are available on Mondays at Collingham and Tuesday to Friday 6.30pm – 8.00pm at Lombard Medical Centre. 

Saturday morning appointments will be available on a rota basis.   Sunday and Bank Holiday appointments are available to pre-book via the practice for clinics at Rosemary Street Health Centre, Mansfield.

Please note that these appointments are for non-emergencies and are pre-bookable only.

Access

The surgery has automatic doors, internal and external and a portable induction loop system is available. Baby changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet.

Following their visit to Practice in February 2018, we have now received our report from the Care Quality Commission, which was published on 6 March 2018.  We are very proud to have received a 'Good' rating in all inspected domains and an overall rating of "Good".
